Just purchased a set of VL800 1" bars from ebay, will take 6/8 days to arrive, when they do will hopefully be fitting them to my M50,have read most of the write ups ie: cutting 1.5" off each end,and the redrilling of holes to accept switches, also placing cables inside of trees.Obviously until I get them cannot comment how the job will go.I will post when doing the job to give others the insight of this.If anyone has done this job and has any tips it would be very much appreciated.Cheers.

That's cool, should give a really nice riding position much higher than normal m800 bars I think, cool I will look forward to seeing that as well
