Fitted one of these. Improves acceleration and high speed hand fatigue. I have them on both bikes. Takes a while to get used to but improves the ride. You can adjust on the move once you get the knack.

I bought one a while bac,. I liked it and as you say it does take a bit of getting used to, the only time it seemed to get in the way was when you are stuck in traffic, but it snapped on the way back from watching the BSB at Cadwell and I have not bothered to replace it.

Use one regularly. .... if it's positioned right, it's easy to use ( at least I find it easy )
Was a godsend on the France Trip last year !

I bought one from China for the bandit for a penny and it snapped on installation! The robbing gets! So I gave it the dog to chew, he enjoyed it, so my penny wasn't wasted after all  Very Happy  I'll get one from the link and see if it lasts any better?  Could be handy for France.

Serves you right, ya tight git Simbo !

I got an Oxford one at £3:99 and it's been fine. In fact I had to increase the diameter on it after I'd fitted my heated grips so I put it in the oven to warm it, then stretched it out and left it over the grip whilst it cooled. It didn't break then and it's still going stron now over a year later. Just goes to show - you get what you pay for !

A lot of complaints of 'hand fatigue' going on here - you need to stop doing something and give your hands a rest!    Throttle rest 2917598063

Not getting......got!  Throttle rest 2215087486

I'm finding I don't like throttles without one now. Can be a bit of a pain in stop start traffic but once on the move, improves your power quite a bit. You need to push it up for sustained speed and then push forward and right round when back at lower speeds.

I had one on the Intruder, the one on the cheap chinese grips, it worked well on long rides and took a bit of strain from the hand.

I have a chrome throttle boss, similar thing but better. You pay for what you get and I would certainly use that one if I needed one, real bargain. Throttle rest 184121345

I bought a Kuryarkyn one from custom cruisers in the US to go on my Chinese grips, not cheap but excellent quality & actually works as I have slightly weakened wrist's due to carpal tunnel op's.
Also have one of the M&P ones which I've had for years which will go on my Velo when it get's back on the road next year!
