14:1 Diff

Good evening all,
Having at long last sourced a 14:1 diff from the good old US of A. This item was dispatched by the seller cleared UK customs arrived at Selby twenty miles from my home. Since then it has been tracked to various places in the UK. At this moment in time it has disappeared off the face of the earth. So Ladies and Gentlemen if you know of a 14:1 differential that has been orphaned and needs a home it most probably is mine.
If someone is trying to sell you one off the back of a lorry, just give me the heads up.

Get on the courier company Terry, Just to see what's going on?  Things of that size & weight don't usually get delivered to the wrong address, Mine arrived from the US a few days later than expected in a oil saturated box that looked like no driver wanted to handle it for fear of contamination    I also had a similar situation when I got a YBR100 engine full of oil from eBay too    |These young un's don't like a dirty job anymore

Sounds crap-tastic Terry; hope it turns up soon! I've been waiting on mirrors from China through eBay for over two months now, (first tracking number dead in the water days after it "shipped", then was told "air mail" expedited replacement shipment was confirmed "lost" by China post yesterday!), so I just filed for a refund and reordered from another supplier at nearly twice the price, but guaranteed delivery next week. (Never purchase from "sohiesstory1849" on eBay!) Sim's right tho; the carrier is completely responsible for the safe care and cost of your unit if it's not recovered soon; they carry a lot of insurance for just such reasons...
