Headlight fix

How to wire the three wires from headlight to get hi low beam working

As no one else has answered, I too am going through hell with my electrics, and there are 3 wires you need to check out...


GOING TO THE LIGHT:-
  WHITE
  YELLOW
  BLACK with WHITE STRIPE

    WHITE and YELLOW are the MAIN and DIP while the Black & White are EARTH

LIGHT SWITCH:-
  White & YELLOW
  ORANGE with BLUE
  ORANGE with RED
  Grey


DIMMER SWITCH :-
  WHITE
  YELLOW
  YELLOW with WHITE STRIPE

Im kind of in a weird position myself of somehow turning the Rev Counter off when I put the lights on, so I have clearly shorted something, but the LIGHTS and the REV Counter wires are all as they should be????

I am no electrician, but I am learning the VERY HARD way and doing it all on my billy, but these are the colours that are correct on my POS but that dont say much cos I have bought a new loom because mine is so messed up ( No, by the previous owner )
