EU/GB number plate

Hi guys I hope you can help me. Later this year I am taking my bike around Europe (can't wait) but at the moment I just have the normal English number. I know when you go abroad you need one that shows which country you are from but this is in where the problem lies. Can you get a UK/England one as I have only ever seen EU ones (with GB on it). With Brexit passed and us sadly leaving the EU I didn't want to get a new number plate just for a year and was hoping I could avoid getting the EU one. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions?
