Hey from Melbourne, AUSTRALIA !

Hey guys,

I've owned my Suzuki Boulevard (C50) for a few years now and absolutely love it.
Also just helped a good mate buy an older "Volusia" too...which is a great step up from is flimsy little Hyosung he previously had... So the 2 of us couldn't be happier cruising now :).

I've been riding since I was about 6 or 7 ...so around 40+ odd years I guess..!

Had all sorts of bikes from my little TAS (aka Keystone) minibike too various Japanese dirt / enduro bikes, then onto sport bikes, classics...and now the cruiser...my fav :)

It's seems like we (well me anyway) start out slow..then get faster bikes...then end up just cruising on slower bikes again

Anyway..nice to meet you all...and hope we can swap tips, stories etc down the track

Welcome Brian, There's a couple of other victorians around as well although I am a bit further north than you. The Great ocean road should be a ball on the Boulevard.

Brian good to have you on board mate, lots of good info on here with some very knoweledgable members.

Yeah that Great Ocean Road sure is nice to ride...if not a a tad too overloaded with tourists...so you need to keep your witts about you lol... Actually a better ride in that general area (Ottway Ranges) is inland including Dean's Marsh through to Skene's Creek ...absolutely beautiful windy roads through thick forest with hardly a car on the road :)

Then again you guys up north (Australia) have the great ride from Cairns to Port Douglass too .... I hire a cruiser every time i'm diving in Cairns...and go for a lovely cruise while I wait until I'm able to fly (after diving) :).
