| I hope this is the right forum to post my concern in..... Anyway, I took my first pre-sunrise ride with a windshield the other day and the glare from the instrument panel was VERY off putting..anyways I was wondering if anyone had a tip on how to reduce this? | |

| So is the speedo etc reflecting in the middle of the screen & bouncing back at you? Marcin is right about setting the height you are just looking over it, rather than through it, but even so, that wouldn't solve the problem if I've understood it correctly. All I can think off is tweeking the rake of the screen.... maybe just a few degrees one way or another would alter the reflection. All I could think of sorry.... I have a screen but havent experienced your problem. Let us know how you get on | |

| Hey thanks guys. Not sure I can change my windscreen angle, but I'm sure I can lower it a lil, and that might help. Ray-ban's at night...prolly not so much | |

| Michael, I get this in my screen constantly, there are 3 things you can do. 1) Alter the angle of the screen toward you - this will have the effect of lowering the reflection in the screen, downwards toward the top yoke ( or triple tree if you're American ) 2) Paint the clock housing matt black , you won't get NO reflection them buddy ! 3) Put up with it, just look over the screen and you'll soon learn not to notice it. The 3rd option is easier in the UK as we get less sunshine than you guys ! Hope this helps ...... | |
