anyone know if profiler seat and neck shrouds off a 2007 vl800 will fit my 2008 also sissy bar

Yeah should do Ardie, model changes are 01-04 then 05 to 08, in 09 they changed the profiles of the mudguards but I'm pretty sure the chrome fixing rails stayed the same. There were a few other changes over the model years but none that interfere with what you're doing.
