Result!

Well, ex  'L PLate Son'  (passed his test last year) has finaly decided to man up and get the Ducati on the road (now the weather is looking a little more promising).  We've spent the last couple of days trying to get some insurance sorted that does'nt require selling body parts to pay for it.  Dozens of quotes later and the cheapest we got was a shade under 2K...... Yep.....2 fucking K.  Rick had previous quotes so this was something we were sort of expecting.
This morning Ricks on the phone excepting the quote and getting the insurance started when the landline rang and it was another broker who had promised to get back to us after speaking with his underwriters... his quote...just a shade over 1K...... Winner Winner Chicken Dinner  

Quick as a flash, Rick hangs up the other call mid sentence and before making any payment or accepting the quote and we went with the other insurer. Policy was emailed through and off we went for a little ride out.  Great day all round!
