50/50 vinegar flush.

Doing a few jobs on lockdown, and changing the coolant is one, as it's not been done on my bike since the Romans invaded Wales in 48 AD.   
I read a good tip that a 50/50 flush with distilled water, and distilled white vinegar, running that for ten minutes, and then a second flush with plain distilled water, cleans any shit out really well.   Replacing with Silkoline pro cool at the end. 
Has anyone done this?    I can't see it doing any harm, at worst.

Tried this, and seems to be ok, but obviously I can't, measure how much better it was than water, or not. 
Second flush with it, and the mix was quite discoloured.  Took three or four to get it clear.
Make sure the little clips on the petrol pipe engage, when replacing the tank.
