Cheap chrome accent C50T

I got this stuff at one of the major automotive stores. It`s plastic chrome edging for doors, fenderwells, etc... Works well on the bike... the package comes with for almost 4 meters of it and it`s pretty cheap.

here it is applied to the bottom of the tank, the original intent...

...but here`s where it really shines! When I had to take the tank off, the speedo assembly had to be removed. I thought I`d see how it looked....I think this chrome stuff makes the speedo look great! It adds to the massiveness of the chrome piece and actually makes the whole thing look more fninshed. Closes up the gap between the speedo edges and the tank too.

I did my tank months ago and I agree it really does make the bike look more finished.
However I love what you have done by adding it to the clock housing, which looks fabulous.
Guess who’s off down the shops in a while to get some more stick on chrome piping, yes you guessed right. I am!

Where can you get this from in the UK?

any descent sized motorcycle shop or ebay, most of them sell it as screen edging

Well I have finally got round to putting this chrome trim round my tank also round the clock housing looks pretty good.

It's those little things that make the bike yours & very often make the biggest differences

Yes you are right it's surprising a thin strip of chrome does make a big differance.

That chrome edging on the tanks makes them look so much more finished, I did mine and was over the moon with look when compared to the price you have to pay
