| Really cool pictures, and great looking bike too. I love the spotlights and the single seat mod. Do you reckon you have got the bike the way you want it, or is there more you want to change? | |

| Thanks Joe... Yeah I'm close to having where I want it...budget permitting lol.. I have toyed around with some design concepts (I'll upload shortly) which I kind of try out ideas before actually doing it. I'd love to put "flex pipe" style header shield on it (like the old 40's Harleys had) ... I've already gutted the stock mufflers...but that's also still not quite the sound I'm after either...but close... Think I'm eventually going to put a Mustang studded solo seat on it too... Have heard they are really comfortable ... and I think then i could possibly lose that little backrest... (more streamlined) as the Mustang looks to offer good lower back support...unlike the stock seat.... Oh and I'm really trying to work out a cost effective way of modifying the stock front fender to look like an old Indian (see my "design" posts) ..and maybe blacking out the fork covers and a few bits too.... ah all the dreams hmmmm Anyway...glad you like my pics...and hope you enjoy my designs too | |

| I dont know but are the front number plates legal in Britain? We used to have them but H&S deemed them unsafe in accidents. | |

| Mate, hope no bastard at Vic Roads sees that front plate or we'll all have to have them. | |

| The requirement for the front number plate was dropped in 1975 because of the severe danger these presented to pedestrians in the event of a collision. Motorcycles registered after 1 September 2001 can only display a rear number plate, while motorcycles registered before that date can display a number plate at the front if desired. What I would add to that is that if it was not a number plate as such but was a decrorative display such as Brian has added with VL805 in it or anything else you might want it to display, they can't say a thing | |

| That's right .. the old "Pedestrian slicer" as they were called were in fact outlawed years ago. I must say..the one I have on my bike has a very blunt edge around it...not at all like the actual tin number plates ones ... I don't think mine would do much slicing... or damage (at least compared to an SUV lol).
