Yes it's the 21" front wheel. 

Gotta be honest I wish it was a smaller one!

My new VS800 came with Jardine slash pipes and I didn't think they sounded that loud.. 

Although I'm comparing with my the slash pipe on my LS Thumper with the baffle removed.. I couldn't go anywhere around town without my wife knowing where I was from home..
