I would imagine they will get quite close, but the pegs should still be accessible.  I fitted Klic Loc to mine and they seem to be a similar size /shape as those you're thinking about.  Here's a couple of pics so you can see what the Klic Loc looks like.

https://www.suzuki800.com/post?p=89375&mode=quote second from bottom not a great pic but bags seem same size as ones in your link  I have rear footrest extenders on but they go into the original holes at top, plenty of room as wife rests her feet on top at times .the bags cost£50 ebay zip on and off good buy holding their shape well ,hope it gives you some idea.in  pic the bags look faded compared to seat its just the light they blend perfectly

the size are 6/12/15 so reckon its 16ltr each not sure what the klik lock thing is your asking about peter
