| Hi Mickey - you may get a better response if you re-post this thread in a different heading ( poss fuel or engine), - you're in the completed mods section at the moment | |

| The best mod possible, is the Diff change. From VL800 to VS1400 ( Link ) But I do agree with Dave R, split your requests to sections. | |

| Moved to the "Planned" mod section, but as both Dave's have said, it's better posting in specific threads to get more detailed advice & also reading from other posts in there 1: Just my 2p's worth in general for a little insight though, The "VS1400 Drive" (Mr I's link above) will give a much more all round better performing bike, although probably no gain in speed? it'll give you the ability to cruise above 70mph without the buzzy feeling the stock bike has, it'll also give you a bike with a lot more range in each gear ie not changing into second before you've got through a traffic light junction and the ability to change into fifth around the 65mph mark. 2: I'd go exhaust 1st, then fuel processor 2nd, then air filter 3rd to get the bike breathing in and out better, it pushes the power slightly higher up the rev range but it can sprint more happily as well as jogg along when needed. 3: TRE, useful bit of kit and well worth the money, even more so if you make your own. | |
