PostSubject: Battery Removal M800 (2010)   Battery Removal M800 (2010) Icon_minitimeTue Feb 02, 2016 2:58 pm

I'm looking to remove the battery for charging while the machine is not in use. I can only find removal instruction for earlier models. The battery is located under the seat. I do see a plate which is attached by two bolts which seems to be securing the battery. I don't want to start taking things apart until I find out the proper way to remove the battery.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Perhaps this will help: Embarassed

Battery Removal M800 (2010) Batter10

After removing it from the terminal, don't let the (+) connector touch any metal part on the bike, ok?

Step One: Remove the (-) negative cable and after the (+).
Step Two: When you want to install it, do the inverse way: first the (+) and after the (-).

I forgot to say:
I've a Oxford Oximiser like this one:

Battery Removal M800 (2010) Oxford10

that came with two different connectors as displayed in pic:
The ones on the top will be fit always on the bike directly to (+) and (-) battery. This method avoid to remove the battery from the bike. When it is not in use, i simply connect them directly to recharge&maintenance and stays as long as i want. No damage and it starts always at the first attempt.
