| Don't you think it would be nice to have a centre stand as offered to all HD motorcycles. I for one would like one. | |

| Would be handy. Seems like it would be quite hard to use though, given the length and weight of the bike? I can put my Pan Euro on it's centre stand... but only just, and rocking it off is probably easier because of the shorter wheelbase. People tell me it's technique over strength, but I have always found them difficult to use. I could get a paddock stand if it was just for maintenence purposes. | |

| I agree that it may be hard to use. I had one on my Bandit which had a much higher centre of gravity than the Intruder but it was not easy to get up (technique important) I would think the Intruder would feel heavy and cumbersome to haul up, but that might depend on the design. Perhaps someone with skills could have a go at making one - the principle seems to be one of simple leverage, a return spring and somewhere to fix it to. Or maybe one for another bike could be adapted ? If heavy HD's can be lifted, I'm sure the 800 can too. | |

| I figure it to be 80% technique, 10% grunt, and 10% determination. The wing is over 600 lbs, she goes up quite easily once you figure the technique. Off? Well, think of rock and roll...quite litteraly. If there were a centerstand for the 800 I think I'd get in line to buy one. | |

| Even when I have had center stands I have always used the side stand, when I haven't had a side stand I have fitted one. Not for me, thanks. | |

| Would love one. apart from anything else , to me bikes always look better when stood straight up rather than leaning and it would benefit maintenance / cleaning greatly. if anyone finds / makes one can they let me know please ?
