Can anyone tell me or put me onto a better design driver seat for the vz800; my current seat is diabolically uncomfortable, I’ve tried a gel pad at the cost of £55, no good at all waste of time and money, ideally I would like vz800 seat 100_0412

vz800 seat 100_0411a seat without the swept up back, or indeed a sunken seat rather than swept up if you get my drift.

Try the Mustang, it still has a swept up back but it is cut lower so you sit down and further back. I have done a lot of Kms on mine and I love it. It does cost an arm and a leg though.

Thanks for the info, I've had a look and as you say they do cost a bit, on top of which I then have the dreaded post cost from USA, which normally adds another £60 to the price, I've got some bike fairs coming up plan to have a look around there before finally deciding which way to go, had a thought just this morning, maybe take my existing seat to an upholster and put the question to them, can they redesign the seat, I’ll put the answer soon as I have one. Thanks again
