Backrest assembly - part wanted

Hi Everyone,

Looking for a part for my Intruder VS800 1994.  Bought a new backrest cushion after I lost the old one on the north circular, but there's another part missing which I can't find anywhere.  

Attached is a photo of the part I need (found on eBay, sadly it's in America) but I don't know what it's called and I just can't find it anywhere in the UK.

Can anyone help??

Here's the pictures of the new cushion, my backrest, and the space where the missing part should go.  It used to house the Suzuki tool kit that came with the bike and the lock worked with my ignition key (although I never had it locked).

right I understand more now it seems its the tool kit cover with lock that your missing  .Been looking none in gb  that I can see any breakers that post might be an option but in current climate everything up in the air .Sorry coud'nt be of more help.
