Chopped seat

Decided to chop spare seat down and took all the existing foam out and used carpet underlay instead.

This is the outcome,it is surprisingly comfortable (on short rides )for that is all I have done yet.It is a lot easier than doing the 2" drop links,and you can still corner at the same speeds.(That is if you are only looking for a drop to flat foot yourself at a stop).If you are doing the mod for looks then the dog bones would have to be changed.

A good idea for reducing the seat hight Alfie   Underlay could be useful for a bobber seat too
