I'm sure it's not because I am stunted in height but I am having a major issue with my clutch lever and after awhile of riding my hand feels like it does not belong to me because of the pain. The reach is pretty extended in comparison to the brake lever and was wondering if this is normal? I have looked over the bike and it does not look like it's been dropped as no scuffs anywhere in sight so I don't think it's been bent.
It's the VZ800 on 2011 plate and what I would like to know is: Are there any aftermarket levers out there that's not so extended and a little closer to the handle bar? From my understanding you can't get a adjustable clutch lever so that's out of the question. That would have been the ideal solution but it's a no go.
I did think about having the lever heated and bent but was advised against it because of the metals used and it could break so I won't be doing that
Can anyone suggest what to get or do please as I am getting a bit desperate and all I want to do is enjoy my bike as much as possible!
Thanks  Wink

Hi Kat.  Have you tried sourcing a 'dog leg' type lever for your bike?
Maybe take the lever off, and ask a local breakers if they may have something more suitable, that would fit?
There are many adjustable clutch levers for sale, but for other bikes, as far as I can see.
