removing rear fender.

Hi, im trting to remove the rear fender on my vz 800 2005 intruder, but the bolts holding it to the frame will not budge (6 in total). Any ideas how these can be removed without rounding them off. Im new to bike stipping and im a virgin at this. Thanks in advance.
