I first used a dremel with one of the sanding attachments. 5k RPM. Just to knock off most of the paint. Then I switched to 220 grit, then 330 grit sandpaper to give it a brushed look. You can skip the dremel and just start with 100 or 220 grip sandpaper. it just gets clogged quickly which is why I switched to the dremel. Only took me a total of about 30 min. If you want a shiny high polish then you'll have to continue with 800, then 1500, then 2000. Finish that with a metal polish. | |

| Here's a pic I took this morning after I cleaned the engine. You can see how the polished/brushed fins really stand out now. | |
