| Hey guys. I posted this on the other thread but font think it's been seen. Will this fit my 2005? I messaged the seller and he doesn't have the info for 2005. Not sure if the banjos are different. Cheers.

| For me, it's so strange, because in ebay, all the brands from Cobra Performance, Wezmoto, Hel and BTR only fit for 2006-2008 models, but in this link from Usa: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUZUKI-2005-2012-VL-800-BOULEVARD-C50-T-GALFER-FRONT-BRAKE-LINE-KIT-/301099831847?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item461af2d227 The Galfer Kit it will fit all models between 2005-2012!!!  Or maybe here , because they made by order, brand, model and year of the bike: http://www.mandp.co.uk/productinfo/515829/Braking/Brake-Lines/Goodridge Does this help you? | |

| I rang Suzuki and there was a change in spec for the 2006 model. It seems this one in the link is most likely wrong. I can't find a hose anywhere to fit mine so I'm gonna have do a build your own from Goodridge. I've already worked out the length. Just need to decide which angle banjos I need. | |

| Give wezmoto a ring or email, they'll sort you out. http://www.wezmoto.co.uk/suzuki-c800-intruder-2006-2008-standard-oem-layout-1-front-line.html | |

Hi once again. If you read what i said in my preview thread the 2nd link i gave you, they JUST need the year, bike model, make, and the colours. The kit came with all banjo curves, washers and so on... But of course if you want the standard oem ones. If you want with more length (for instance with another handlebar) than the oem ones, you must take the measures since the middle of the banjo master top to the banjo caliper one. Like this:

| I was under the impression there's only been one change to the fluid reservoir Rattler, I'm not sure what year it was though? Worthy has an 05 and his reservoir is more square than my 09 the brake caliper is the same though, I thought it was 01-08 then 09 to current, Is your reservoir top like this or more square? | |

| Hello Rattler,, I would go with the link José gave, they make whatever you need. ( http://www.mandp.co.uk/productinfo/515829/Braking/Brake-Lines/Goodridge )
That said I checked on a parts Fiche and the results seem to indicate that 2005 and 2006 K6 are comparable. Part numbers for front brake hoses :- 59480-41F10 ,,,,2006 Suzuki BOULEVARD C50 - VL800B OEM Front Master Cylinder Model K7/k8/k9 Parts 59480-41F01 ,,,,2006 Suzuki BOULEVARD C50 - VL800B OEM Front Master Cylinder Model K6 Parts 59480-41F01 ,,,2005 Suzuki BOULEVARD C50 - VL800B OEM Front Master Cylinder Parts
Hope this is of some help mate.

| I ordered through M&P but they refunded me due to not having in available anymore but at weekend I met a guy in another local MCC who works for a hose company that has just branched out into vehicle hoses. He made mine in 15 minutes. I watched him crimp it by machine and then watched him pressure test it. It's now fitted along with new pads. Suprised it was so hard to get one from other companies. | |
