How to mount Tsukayu Jumbo Strong on the C800 to avoid vibrations JumboStrong2

Tsukayu Jumbo Strong Saddlebags are quite big (40L) so when you ride they produce vibrations when you mount them following the manufacturer instructions.
When you use the saddlebags for a while on the highway at high speed and on a poorly paved road, they vibrate a lot, it cause that the bolts inside the saddlebags brokes, loosing their head, so the bike loose the saddlebag that flies

The solution of the manufacturer is a U Shape Support, installed bellow the saddlebags

This solution is good for bikes where the rear fender is short (shorter than the upper pipe)

This is not the case of the C800, the fender is longer, so you can't use this support

The solution to avoid vibrations in the C800 is to use fender washers

These washers must be M8 and are located inside and outside the saddlebag, one between the support bracket and the saddlebag (outside) and the other between the saddlebag and the bolt (inside the saddlebag)

So we need 8 washers on each saddlebag. They can be Stainless Steel M8x30mm outside diameter for example
You also can use a Neoprene Ruber Washer M8x30mm between the outside Stainless Steel washer and the saddlebag to keep the inside clean of dirt and water

Also is recommended to change the Hex Bolt for M8 High Tensile Socket Button Head, in this case you must care the thick of the washers to choose the lenght

This way your Jumbo Strong Saddlebags will carry a lot of weight and you will not loose them on the way

The quality is good but they are a bit difficult to mount as they do the mounting kit universal

You can buy them drilled specifically for your bike but that is not recommendable if you use other accesories as rear guards or passenger floorboards because in this case you have to move them up and back. They are drilled to fit close to the exhaust with no room to passenger floorboards. The installation requires time, but you can do the work by yourself

I also have the Touring Trunk, so the set provides very much space for your travels

They have a Fairing too, but I didn't like it as it focussed to use it with speakers and a navigator. They provides a 1000W Amp, so the music can be played when you ride fast. In case I buy a fairing I will choose it plain, with no speakers, that's why I prefer other manufacturers for this accessory

I don´t have any picture of my bike with the saddlebags and the trunk but you can see them on this trike, they are the same as mine

He also have the fairing with speakers, in spite of I think is better the navigator versión because it has DVD compability and mp3 SD Card or USB to load your music

Yes, but it's a shame that only original Saddlebags an Trunks are legal in Spain for the periodic vehicle revision. So if you use them you have to be lucky not to be stopped by the police or you will have a penalty

I keep them in case I travel around Europe sometime (but not this summer, still in crisis... LOL)

Same engine guards, rear guards and front and rear fender guards
