Highway pegs:
Couple new mods... Highway Pegs & saddle bags UYlXQF5

And some less long/tall saddlebags to replace the old ones that were too big. They have an easy off zip attachment to the yoke, about 27L each.

Not sure how i feel about the pegs, it feels weird using them

Good one Eazy, love the bags with the zips. Must be so much easier than a lot of attachment ways.
Also I have those highway pegs, love them for the price, real asset. They make it so much better to be able to have alternative positions. Looks cooler when your riding to. Couple new mods... Highway Pegs & saddle bags 3498837457

PS. Never usually even look at threads that are designated a numerous mods, I like looking at single mod threads. I have noticed that these threads don't get as many hits as the content would if it were singular. Just a thought.

Yep, a Couple new mods... Highway Pegs & saddle bags 428386 to the practicalities of the zip on panniers - & they're lgd  too !

Highway pegs are a mixed blessing in my opinion - yes they allow you to take up a different position on a long run - but sometimes the 'ergonomics' of the alternative position aren't really that good for 'proper' comfort ..... but they do look good & certainly add to the  Couple new mods... Looking really cool. Just keep an eye on the centre leather section that your bags hang off. I had an old set for a while, and it ocasionally rubbed on the rear fender. I know each make and setup is different, but just have a look now and again. Couple new mods... Highway Pegs & saddle bags 3498837457

Loving those highway pegs by the way!

Nice pegs Duz - & those bags look much better than your old ones.  Did you manage to sort out a rack extension?

Ive casually looked in shops for a black chopping board i could drill into but havnt seen one. Currently one up i just put a big holdall on the passenger seat and the rest in saddlebags and that works out fine. But for 2 up camping i would need to put a lot on the luggage rack. But even then, i could go the easy way and put a thin piece of board inside the bag instead, it would solve the same problem.

As for the yoke rubbing on the fender, i stuck clear vinyl all over the paint to protect it, and on top of that some rubber webbing type stuff as well. I also did the same on the neck cover so the keys scratch the vinyl and not the plastic underneath

Sorry i missed this reply. I got them from Hogpartz on Ebay for about £22 delivered.
I wrapped the bar with a bit of padding before installation to help grip and to not scuff the chrome. They have to be bolted very tight so they dont rotate or move.

Eazy. The pegs need rotating at about a 45 degree angle towards you. Makes the fold at an angle but still look cool.
